We have created this statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not collect personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us.  Providing such information is strictly voluntary. This policy is your guide to how we will handle information we learn about you from your visit to this website.

1. Online profile updates and donations

If you complete the profile update form and share your personally identifying information, this information is only used to update your demographic profile in the Temple membership database.

If you make a donation online, the information you provide is only used to process that donation, make an internal record of that donation and to reflect that donation, should you desire, in the listings of contributions published monthly in The Window. 

 

2. Email preferences update

If you change information on your email preferences, using the link provided, those preferences will be stored in our mailing list database used for sending congregation-wide emails. The information is not shared with anyone outside Temple except for the purpose of maintaining the email database in conjunction with our broadcast email vendor.




3. Email Opt-Out policy

Should you use either the link on this website or the update profile link on the bottom of a broadcast email from Temple to opt-out of receiving either specific emails or emails in general from Temple, industry-established guidelines prevent us from opting you back in. You may opt back in to all Temple emails or individual lists by using the update profile button on the bottom of any broadcast email that you receive from Temple.
