Goin' to the Chuppah Spring 2018

Goin' to the Chuppah is an enriching, informative and social opportunity for engaged and married couples in their 20s and 30s that is taught by Temple clergy and staff. It discusses issues relevant to marrying couples and explores the fundamentals of building a Jewish home. Through the experience, couples also meet and build relationships with others in the same stage of life. The class is free and meets 4 times - 2 classroom sessions, a Shabbat dinner in a congregant's home and Havdalah in a congregant's home. The class is also open to interfaith, Jewish and same-sex couples from the community who plan to create a Jewish home. To maintain a small group learning environment, space is limited to 12 couples. All couples being married by TE clergy are required to take this class. If you take it before your wedding, you are eligible to receive a discount on your TX marriage license, as it is an approved TwoTogether in TX premarital course.

This class is now full. Please contact jlarkin@tedallas.org to be added to the waitlist.
