PASSOVER LUNCH IDEAS

  • Turkey roll-ups
  • Hard boiled eggs or egg salad
  • Baked or grilled chicken
  • Yogurt
  • Tuna
  • Cheese
  • Matzah with:
    • cream cheese
    • jelly
    • cheese
  • Matzah ball soup

Matzah pizza:

  1. Place matzah on baking sheet.
  2. Spread marinara on the matzah.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Add your favorite vegetable toppings.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

FOODS NOT PERMITTED During Passover

Foods containing flour, yeast or corn syrup including but not limited to:

  • Bread
  • Crackers (other than those specified Kosher for Passover)
  • Pasta
  • Corn
  • Chicken nuggets (unless prepared using matzah meal)
