2020 Archives Submission

The High Holy Days bring to mind family, friends, events that have been most special to us. This Yom Kippur afternoon, please consider taking some time for personal or family reflection on some of your and/or your family’s most meaningful Temple experiences. As our Temple prepares for our 150th anniversary next year we invite you to help us tell our Temple’s story, from its most important perspective- yours- by sharing these memories. In doing so, the history of our Temple, our legacy, will be greatly enriched today and for future generations.

You can fill the form out anonymously if you choose, and you can also make multiple submissions. Any media, such as photos, documents, and audio files, may be submitted to Anjelica Ruiz, Director of Libraries and Archives or emailed to aruiz@tedallas.org.

Take a moment to think about the significant world events that have happened this year: COVID-19, the Black Lives Matter Movement, etc. How have these events affected you and/or your family?

What Temple experience do you/the family miss the most?

What have been your family traditions during the High Holy Days in the past?

How has your family been able to celebrate this year with COVID-19 separating you?

How has your family made the worship experience meaningful during this challenging time?
